THIS Hotel has been greatly enlarged and improved. It is situated on the banks of the River
Forth at the Starting Point of the new Road to the Trossachs and Loch Katrine, and a short
distance from the Terminus of the Strathendrick and Aberfoyle Railway. In the neighbourhood
are the Famous Trouting Waters of Loch Ard and Loch Chon, on which Mr. Blair keeps, during
the Season, excellent Boats and Boatmen for the use of Anglers and Pleasure Parties. Coaches
are run daily during the Season to and from the Trossachs and Loch Katrine, and connect the
Steamers there with the Trains at Aberfoyle.
