From Rymer its plain that David Lessly of that Ilk is a
person of a Larger Charracter and looked on as of more Con-
sideration than Norman Lessly of Fechill for in the Act Annent
the Scotts who were to go to Durham to wait on King James
home to Scotland in the 1423. There are two of the Lesslies to
go there and there is in the first place David Lessly de eodem
and then Just following him in Order is Norman Lessly de
Fechill.
