REPORT.

        The quality of the Bezwada water is consistantly above the average. The sample taken at the Service
Reservoir is quite good and only suffers by comparison with the better sample obtained from a Tap on the
Ellore Road near the Toll-gate. There is a marked falling off in the quality of the water got from a Tap
adjoining the Municipal School at Winchupet which suggests that there may be some silt in that section of
the pipe-line.

        Chemically the water is much as usual, a tendency to hardness but otherwise quite fair.
