   SIR,—I have the honor to submit to His Excellency the Commander-in-Chief
and to Government a report on the working of the Lock Hospitals in this Presidency
for the year 1877.

   2. These hospitals are divided into Military and Civil, as follows :–

5. St. Thomas' Mount.
