There were one milching and two pregnant animals among these cases ;
but neither a reduction in the milk yield occurred in the former nor abortion
in the latter. All treated cases showed an improvement in their body cond-
tion and the partially cured cases were also found useful for work for the
time being.

It is evident, from the large number of animals of different classes included
in this experiment and from the consideration of the fact that this experiment
