(a) There is no system of registration in force in Burma Military Police registered 14 deaths from Surra.
(b) These diseases are not differentiated by villagors or headmen, but are considered as different manifestations of Anthrax and so are included under this heading.
(c) The figures for equines in the Punjab relate only to non-selected districts, the municipality of Lahore and the Rawal Pindi-kohala road, except where cause are treated in veterinary hospitals and dispensaries in selected districts.
