25.  Enlistment and terms of service of N. C. Os., men and followers.—

(i) The rules governing the enlistment and terms of service of N. C. Os.
and men are contained in A. R., I., Vol. II.

(ii) Cooks for Indian ranks, water-carriers, and sweepers, are class I
followers and will be enrolled in the first instance, for 10 years' service.

(iii) N. C. Os. and men and followers are posted on enrolment, to sections
I. A. V. C. by the Officer i-c I. A. V. C. Records.

26.  Training.—All I. A. V. C. combatant personnel will be trained in
technical duties. A. V. Os. at their inspections of veterinary units will
satisfy themselves that this is being effected and will report accordingly on
I. A. F. V-1772 or I. A. F. V-1759 as prescribed in Appx. II.

27. Discharge and dismissal.—The rules governing the discharge and
dismissal of Indian officers, N. C. Os. and men, are contained in A. R., I.,
Vol. II.
