January 1904—Submitting, with his remarks, the Annual Administration Report of
the Civil Veterinary Department in the Bombay Presidency for the year 1902-03.

Resolution.—Government note with satisfaction the opinion expressed
by Veterinary-Major Joslen that the Veterinary Dispensaries are increasing in
utility, and the commendation bestowed on the Veterinary graduates in charge
of dispensaries, both in the Presidency proper and in Sind.

2. The delay which occurred in the office of the Director of Land Records
and Agriculture in reviewing these reports was excessive, and greater punctuality
should be observed in future.
