23.     Castrations.—Thirteen colts were castrated against 2 last year. Out of
these 13, 12 were discharged cured, one remained under treatment.

24.    Financial State.—The financial state of the institute is as follows :—

                         (c) Veterinary Dispensary, Karáchi.

25.    In charge of the Dispensary.—Mr. S. J. Haji, Veterinary Graduate,
was in charge of the Veterinary Dispensary, Karáchi.

26.    Inspection.—This institute was inspected on the 11th November 1903.

27.    Number of animals treated.—The total number of animals treated
during the year under report was 3,610 against 3,793 the preceding year :—

In addition to the above 3,610 treated at the Dispensary, 251 were treated by
the Veterinary Graduate in villages.

28. Castrations.—Nineteen colts of the following species were castrated
during the year under report against 11 last year :—

29. Financial State.—The financial state of the institute is as follows :

                    (d) Veterinary Dispensary, Hyderabad (Sind).

30.    In charge of the Dispensary.—Mr. Assudu Mal, Veterinary Graduate,
was in charge of the Steel Veterinary Dispensary, Hyderabad.

31.    Inspection.—This institute was inspected on the 17th February 1904.

32.  Number of animals treated.—The total number of animals treated
during the year under report was 1,134 against 1,072 last year :—
