The Board of Examiners expressed themselves in their report on the college
results in the following terms:—

"The examiners are much gratified with the results and congratulate the
Principal and his colleagues. It is quite evident that much time and care has been
devoted to the training of the students in the different classes and also that the
suggestions recommended in last year's report have been followed. After the
examinations, the Board took the opportunity to inspect the results of the monthly
class C examinations held at the college. Of the students who have failed in this
class with one exception the Board is of opinion that they are unlikely to pass on a
future occasion. They do not appear to possess anything but an indifferent
education."

Pyroplasmosis again occurred this year amongst the Madras foxhounds. The treat-

than was the case last year.
