122. Bye-laws.—The District Board, Puri, has under consi-
deration a proposal for the introduction of compulsory inoculation
in rural areas by means of bye-laws.

123.  Hackney carriage and ekka services.—These services
are fast declining due to the introduction of motor buses and
taxis in most important places.
