What is the total land area of the subdivision (cultivated, grazing, and
sterile, separately, if practicable)?

772,640 acres and the area under cultivation is estimated to be 284,500
acres and grazing and sterile lands cannot be given separately. Properly
speaking there is no land left fallow for grazing purposes.

There is no land available on any estate for cattle breeding.

The cattle are both grazed and stall-fed; the grain is sometimes allowed to

generally grazed on the lands which are temporarily kept fallow.
