Bulls are not domesticated here ; cows are both grazed and stall-fed ; bul-
locks are grazed only. When there is scarcity for fodder well-to-do
cattle-owners feed them also with mustard and linseed cakes, rice
husk, cotton seeds, and madua, while the richer in addition to the
above give them grain, khesari, or oats.
