                                          General Remarks.

(a)  The Committee of Management held two meetings during the
year and discussed important matters connected with the College. Ex-
cepting two, all other members attended regularly. The Committee re-
corded its regret on the death of Mr. R. H. Rustomjee, an old and
regular member, at its last meeting held during the year under report.
He took a very keen interest in the affairs of this College and in matters
connected with animal welfare in general.

(b)   The reconstitution of this Committee is under the consideration
of the Government.

(c)  The revision of the rules of the College and the preparation of
a Manual of Accounts are still under the consideration of the Govern-
ment.

(d)   I myself with Babu Debendra Kumar Sen (Lecturer) were ap-
pointed again by the Government of Bihar and Orissa as President and
Examiner, respectively, of the Board of Examination of the Bihar and
Orissa Veterinary College during 1932-33.

                                         Special Remarks.

2.     I feel I cannot end this Report without recording a few words
regarding my staff.

3.     Khan Sahib S. S. Ahmed carried on his duties both as Vice-
Principal and during my absence, as Principal, with his usual careful
attention to both detailed and general administration.
