observed that the institution at Waltair is spoken of, indifferently, as " the Waltair
Asylum " and " the Vizagapatam Asylum." This may lead to misunderstanding on the
part of persons who are not acquainted with this Presidency and one or other name
(preferably the latter) should be adopted and adhered to.
