7.    Jubbulpore Asylum. Twenty-one patients were discharged during the
year, 17 males and 4 females. Of these, 19 were cured, 1 was discharged improv-
ed and 1 male escaped and is still at large.

8.    The daily average strength at Nagpur was 177.83, or an increase of 6.96,
while at Jubbulpore the average was 154.10, or an increase of 7.02 on the previous
year.

9.    The percentage of cured to the daily average strength was greater in
the Jubbulpore than in Nagpur Asylum.

10. The mortality in the Nagpur Asylum was considerably below the aver-
age, and the death-rate in the Jubbulpore Asylum was about double, and is almost
invariably much higher than that in the other Asylum.
