Notes.—(1) Two male criminal patients who had recovered but being criminal insanes
were not discharged as their cases are governed by section 30(1) of Prisoners' Act and section
471 (1), Criminal Procedure Code, were included in item 12. As they have relapsed into
insanity they are now transferred to their disease column, viz., item 2 This explains the
a parent discrepancy under disease columns 2 and 12
