The following Native officials can be presented with khilluts of the
value specified, together with commendatory purwanahs from their respective
Commissioners, in acknowledgment of their services:—

Native Superintendents Balli Ram and Duni Chand can receive a
donation of one month's pay, as proposed. Hakím Bora of the Syalkote
district can be presented with a khillut of Rs. 25 in value.

ORDERED, that this report (with the exception of para. 9) be printed
with the remarks of the Lieutenant-Governor and circulated for general
information.
