(b) the break down of the engines. It is mainly accounted for by a non-
recurring expenditure of—
(1) Rupees 4,682 on purchase of new fence, including freight, etc.
(2) Rupees 3,037 on purchase of extra calves.
(3) Rupees 694 on purchase of a new dynamo.
(4) Rupees 550 on purchase of extra ammonia to make good the
loss of ammonia due to the refrigerating plant not being in
working order.
(5) Rupees 220 on repairs to old dynamo.
Taking, however, into consideration lymph worth Rs. 31,103 which is
in stock for issue during the next season and which has not been included
in the income for the year, dépôt exhibited a credit balance of Rs. 21,900.
During the year 1925-26, 1,489,307 vaccination operations (1,304,127
primary and 185,180 re-vaccinations) were performed with calf lymph as
against 1,318,684 in 1924-25 and 1,309,636 in 1923-24.
The results of vaccination performed during the year under report
according to the returns received up to date and the preceding two years
are given in the table appended below:—
