In six ranges the deputies failed to verify 50 per cent. of the cases vaccinated.
The Deputy Inspector, Gooty range, was reported to the President, District
Board, who fined him Rs. 5.
The Permagudi deputy verified only 36.6 per cent. of the work done. This
man was on leave for three months; but, considering that the number of cases vacci-
nated during the year in his range was less by 2,291 than in 1890-91, he has
evidently neglected his duties. The President has been asked to fine him.
In Ongole there were many changes which interfered with the work. In
August 1891, the deputy of this range was dismissed the service. A vaccinator
